Entry point 1
NPCThe augurs have detected an unusual anomaly: a planet surrounded by a huge asteroid belt. Seasoned voidfarers say that it was most likely torn apart by tidal forces, and they suggest exploring the rings to obtain useful resources.
YOUPerform a detailed scan.
NPCThe planet around which the asteroids are orbiting is incredibly radioactive. The closer the shuttles get to it, the more they will be irradiated — the only safe option is to gather anything useful that is far enough away from the exposed core of the ruptured planetary body.

YOUSend a scouting party to investigate the rings.
NPCA short time later, scouts report a cavern-filled asteroid with a giant vein of valuable metal inside. It will be hauled to the flagship immediately. The Tech-Priests serving on the shuttles do not recommend drawing any closer to the core — the death of pilots from radiation will inevitably lead to the irretrievable loss of sacred machines.
YOUSend scouts.
NPCFollowing your orders, the scouting teams move steadily closer to the planet. The reports become shorter and tenser: radiation counters inside the shuttles are off the scale. One of the ships transmits an unusual signal to the control room: the pilot saw what appears to be an abandoned Imperial shuttle among the void debris. However, you cannot get close to it — the radiation is too strong.
YOUDemand that they move closer.
NPCOne by one, the scouting teams send their shuttles even closer to the planet core. Minutes later, contact ends with all of them. The scouting shuttles continue to orbit the murderous planet forever.
